This is one of my favorite questions.
The answer shows one of the most powerful traits needed in early stage companies:
Self-awareness.
For founders and early employees (really any person), I believe that self-awareness is one of the most critical traits needed to be able to succeed through the unknown territory that is building (or succeeding inside) companies.
